Hart of Dixie Stole My Heart

For the past couple of weeks I have been a little obsessed with Hart of Dixie.  If you haven't seen it, please go check it out and let me know what you think.  You can keep reading though, because this won't ruin the show for you.  It's more about the characters in the show and how I relate to it.

The setting is based in Bluebell, Alabama with a frequent reference to Mobile, Alabama which I called home when I was a child.  So, the southern roots run deep through this show and during each episode I just wanna be able to sit in Lavon's kitchen while chatting it up with each one of these characters.

Dr. Zoe Hart - I can relate to you so well.  It's not so much your line of work because I have zero experience in the medical field.  I think it's more about the way you think and expresses your emotions.  On an episode I watched last night, you were being pushy with a certain male character to talk to you about how he felt and of course he had walls up and would only respond with sarcasm.  Well, this is me on the daily.  I'm all about talking and getting in my feels, so Dr. Hart, let's get together, have coffee and talk about our feelings.  ;)

Wade Kinsella - Oh, you bad country boy you... you remind me of my brother.  A little bit redneck, a little LOT cocky and big headed, with a soft side that you refuse to let people see.  You have so much potential and not enough belief in yourself to make things happen.  I'm eager to see where this show takes you my good man.

George Tucker - You, sir, are a good man.  I just don't know what else to say.  You're loyalty, honesty, and self confidence is overwhelming.  It's not often you find those qualities in a lawyer.  ;)

Lemon Breeland - I have a love/hate relationship with you darlin'. You made mistakes like any other human has, you eventually own up to them, but in the mean time you throw fits and point fingers.  Again, like many of us humans do, but when you come to the realization and take ownership of it, I just want to hug you and remind you that everything is going to be ok.

Lavon Hayes - Former football player turned Mayor, again, another good man.  Loyal to his community, to his friends, and to his family and will do anything for them.  And as much as you want to stay out of the middle of everyone's business someone always ends up pulling you into it and you always seem to find a way to mediate and solve the issue.

There's many other awesome characters in this show, but these of course are the main ones and my favorites.  Have you seen it?  Tell me who your favorite character is and why.

I Didn't Choose The Bling Life, The Bling Life Chose Me

So, I'm that girl... the one that has a $5 jewelry obsession. Have you heard of it? It's Oh, So, Fabulous! Paparazzi Accessories offers a huge line of $5 jewelry and a small but GORGEOUS line of $25 jewelry. Before I go any deeper into this amazing company and opportunity I want to tell you the story behind this post title. On the dreaded Monday, April 17th, 2017 I woke up, rolled out of bed, woke my son, Aaron up and tossed his change of clothes onto the foot of his bed. He got dressed, brushed his teeth and I helped fix his hair in a hurry because while the school was only 3 minutes around the corner, I woke up late and we needed to GO if he was going to snag the free breakfast at school! I hadn't even gotten changed out of my pajamas much less brushed my teeth. Poor kid... I know. We jump in the car and off to school I go. Feeling a bit like I'm in zombie mode I remind him how to behave at school and to always do his best. I forced a smile as he got o...
